Dinner at
the waterline

Lowglass cooks the Carolina coast at its quietest: shellfish lifted from the tide, grains from the inland fields, and bright things touched by the hearth.

Where salt
meets soil

The name comes from the flat, mirrored water left between oyster beds at low tide. Our menu follows that meeting of salt and soil—raw, smoked, preserved, and cooked over oak.

The room is warm, unhurried, and exacting without ceremony.

Limewash, warm oak, woven rush, and marsh light give the room an easy quiet that deepens after sunset.
